We left Vermilion at about 9am and were in Cleveland, Edgewater Yacht Club by 3pm. There was very little wind so we again motor sailed down the lake.
I can't go below while we are underway and Paul is not happy doing it, so going below and feeding us falls to Sharon, who is unaffected. I actually took sea sickness medication on this trip and found that I could nap. As I am unable to nap on dry land, I blamed the meds. I was on the lounger chair on the bow and was scared I was going to fall asleep and fall off so went back and fell asleep in the cockpit. It made the trip pass faster, that's for sure.

Nearly there. |

Entrance into the commercial port of Cleveland. The entrance into the yacht club area is smaller and
to the right of this. Luckily Paul and Sharon had been here before so knew which of the channels to take. |
Monday is a slow day at the Edgewater Yacht Club, with fewer staff than usual, so we were not able to get fuel, stayed overnight on a dock across from the fuel dock and the restaurant only served a limited menu. However it was reasonably priced and good food so we ate dinner there and were glad to get off the boat for a while.

The evening sailing class was quite entertaining. The students were about 5 or 6 years old, 2 per boat and
more interested in splashing in the water than trying to navigate around the 2 buoys placed in the lagoon
in front of the clubhouse. |

So cute |
