New Orleans road trip - Day 12 - New Orleans

Today was a rest day after lots of sightseeing and walking and we slept in, did laundry, cleaned up the trailers and did some shopping. We had  BBQed steak (from Costco) for Greg's birthday. It was nice to relax and the weather was warm and partly sunny. I actually got into capris and sandals for the first time. We have been told by various tour guides that the weather is unusual and about 15 to 20 degrees cooler than usual. We have found it very comfortable for the walking around we have been doing.
