Madeira - Day 13 - 1st grey day

I have been here almost 2 weeks and although there have been some partly cloudy days, this was the first truly grey day. It looked like it would be cool out but when I went outside I found it to be a bit muggy and that I did not need the long sleeved shirt I had worn. I went downtown and booked another walk for next Monday and did some shopping. Didn't take a single photo. So today's blog post will be a quick tour of the house.
The dining room and living room. The sliding glass doors go out on to the terrace. There is a TV on the wall to the left, mostly Portuguese channels but also BBC world news (More Brexit info than I ever want to hear again), CNN (Brexit and Trump), Sky News (Still more Brexit), a channel called Hollywood with movies with Portuguese subtitles (I have watched Guardians of the Galaxy and Fifth Element), a channel called White that shows constant Big Bang Theory, Arrow and various other American shows, Discovery and National Geographic.
From the living room. The stairs divide the house with a bathroom and the kitchen behind them.
The kitchen has a table and chairs, frig, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, blender, toaster and plenty of pots and dishes. The door to outside opens on to the back of the terrace (it goes all around the house) and has an outside room with a washer and dryer. Recycling containers are out there too. They get put out twice a week as does garbage.
This taken from the living room sliding door. Beyond the table and the umbrella are stairs down to the garage, driveway and gates to the road. Grey day.

The master bedroom has a huge wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower, sink, toilet and bidet)
and a tiny little balcony
On this floor there is another bedroom but the door is locked and another bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet). On the third floor there is another locked bedroom, an open area with a single bed in it and another bathroom.
When Nicola and Dave come to visit  Blanca and Joao will open up one of the other bedrooms for them.
Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow and it has already started this evening.
Happy Valentines Day to all.
