The only thing on my agenda today was a walk, this afternoon, with Jimmy (husband of Kay, introduced by Nikki). He wanted to reconnoiter a walk, that he would lead, for a group he walks with. We e-mailed back and forth through the morning as we watched the weather, both outside and on forecasts and finally decided to put it off until tomorrow. It's a good job we did as shortly after the decision was made - it hailed!

| For those of you who cannot see the video, a picture of the hail on the balcony table. It melted promptly as it is about 12 degrees out. Mind you, supposed to go down to 5 tonight. Nothing like the snow and temperatures that Canada has been getting but pretty cold for here. |

| So the afternoon was spent finishing this book, |

| watching a 30 minute YouTube watercolour class and starting a painting of this photo. |

| Obviously I was focusing on the wall today and the plants, which will be more difficult, will wait for the next rainy day. |
