Port de Soller, Mallorca, Spain - chillin' and Nunu

Friday started out sunny and warm so Sarah was again out on the terrace sunbathing before breakfast.
This container held the dry ingredients for crepes. The instructions (in Spanish) said to add the milk, let it sit and then shake the bottle. It didn't work very well so Fi and Heather, on breakfast detail, had to use a whisk and bowl.
The end result was fine though. The girls filled them with nutella and I used lemon and sugar..
The girls spent the day in bathing suits on the terrace, wrapping blankets around themselves when the sun went in and throwing them off, seeking a tan, when it came out.
I went for a short walk and sketched the southern lighthouse.
The girls were taking me out for dinner in the evening and had made a reservation for 7pm. Liz said that was too early, "you'll get served the leftovers from lunch". She invited us for a drink at El Canto Bar first and called and told the owner of Nunu we were friends of hers and to delay the reservation by half and hour and to make sure we got the special dessert..
Clear sky over the sea and dark clouds over the land resulted in a strange sunset.
Heather was impressed with the embroidered napkins.
We were greeted as friends of Liz, and given a complimentary bottle of Cava. The girls all tried it and then Heather and Sarah had theirs with orange juice.
Our starters; braised spare ribs, a selection of tapas and octopus on potato foam.
Main courses; gnocci, mussels and
scallops.
We all loved the attentive wait staff and the taste and presentation of the food but felt the portions were a little small.
As Fi said "I didn't leave hungry but I could have eaten more"
The special dessert that Liz wanted to make sure we got was these little oranges, filled with an orange mousse, covered with orange chocolate, mint leaves, they burst in your mouth with flavour.
We stopped as Asgaard on the way home for a couple of games of pool
We were kidding when we suggested Heather try this shot but she actually sank the ball.
Quote of the day; Sarah, when she was loosing at pool "What did the samuri do? Fell on their pool cues!"
